Bust:
Place measuring tape loosely over the fullest part of the bust, horizontally and with the centimetre side facing out. When doing this, the measuring tape should be at the same height on the back as over the bust.

Waist:
Place measuring tape around your waist, horizontally and with the centimetre side facing out.

MEN

Measure yourself in 3 easy steps to find out your Lederhosen size:

1 Height:
Stand with your back against the wall without shoes and meassure yourself from the sole of your feet
to the tip of your head.

2 Waist:
Place measuring tape around your waist, horizontally and with the centimetre side facing out.

3 Buttocks:
Place measuring tape around the fullest part of the bottom, horizontally and with the centimetre side facing out.
When doing this, the measuring tape should be at the same height on the back as over the front.

Shirt measurements

Chest: 
Place measuring tape loosely over the fullest part of the bust, horizontally and with the centimetre side facing out. When doing this, the measuring tape should be at the same height on the back as over the chest.
