PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
On receipt of your order, Mama Schnucki will express process it and have it ready for the courier to pick up within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed. When shipped, you will receive tracking details and updates directly from the courier. On the day of delivery, you will receive an email update when your order is with a driver for delivery and another email once delivery has been completed. Our courier partners do not work on weekends or public holidays, noting this may impact the pick-up of your order from Schnuckiland and/or the delivery of your order to you.
SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
If you have not received your parcel within 3-5 days of receiving your dispatch confirmation email please Contact Us. For more information on delivery times please see the Australia Post website. If you live in a rural area your parcel may take up to 14 business days to arrive.
