Shipping & Delivery

Has my order been shipped?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispached. If you have not received a confirmation email please Contact Us and one of us Schnucki's will be able to assist.

How long will my order take to arrive?

If you have not received your parcel within 3-5 days of receiving your dispatch confirmation email please Contact Us.

For more information on delivery times please see the Australia Post website.

If you live in a rural area your parcel may take up to 14 business days to arrive.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?

We sure do!

Do you deliver to work addresses?

We sure do! Please make sure you include your company name on your shipping details, as this will assist the post service to correctly deliver your parcel. If your business address is a little tricky, we do suggest sending it to a residential address.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

STANDARD shipping - If you are not home your parcel will either be left in a safe location if you have specified one OR will be carded to the nearest post office.

EXPRESS shipping (with signature) - A signature is required for delivery if 'Express shipping with signature' is selected. If you are not home you will recieve a card which will instruct you to collect from the nearest carrier pick up point either depot or selected newsagent.

How much is postage?

An order with an incorrect address may take up to 2 weeks to be received back to our office, processsed again and redelivered to you.

If an incorrect address is supplied by the customer Schnucki can not be held liable for parcels that are lost in transit.

I have received an incorrect item in my order

We are so sorry to have sent you an incorrect item! Please Contact Us with your order ID along with a photo as well as a description of the incorrect sent item and one of us Schnucki's will assist you ASAP.

I have received a faulty item in my order

We do our best to thoroughly inspect all garments prior to shipping and in some cases a style may have been pulled from our store. In the rare event that a product is faulty please Contact Us and include your order details and a photo of the fault and one of us Schnucki's will assist you ASAP.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do!

Can I change any details on my order?

Once you have placed your order we are unable to make any alterations, as we will already be processing it. This includes item, item size, your address and contact details.

We ask you to please make your descicions carefully.

My item has not arrived in time

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispached. We use Australia Post as our shipping provider. Once we have submitted your order Schnucki can not be held liable for parcels arriving later than expected as we are using a third party provider for shipping and therefore will not issue any refunds for late arriving items.

 

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return an item I purchased online?

You may return your item within 14 days of receiving it, please print out & complete the RETURN FORM.

Refunds will only be processed if the item purchased is faulty. In the rare event that a product is faulty please Contact Us and include your order details and a photo of the fault and one of us Schnucki's will assist you ASAP.

Have you received my return?

We will process your return within 5 business days of your item(s) being delivered to us. Once your return has been processed you will receive an email confirming your return has been processed.

Refunds will only be processed if the item purchased is faulty. In the rare event that a product is faulty please Contact Us and include your order details and a photo of the fault and on of us Schnucki's will assist you ASAP.

What is your exchange process?

Schnucki is here to spoil you. We are confident you'll love your purchase, but we understand that not every garment bought online will fit perfectly the first time. This means that if our exchange policy conditions are met, we will gladly exchange your purchase.

To exchange an item please follow the return process. Once your item has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Will I need to cover postage to return an item?

When returning an item, you will need to cover the cost of the postage back to us. We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or trackable postal service. You will also need to cover the cost for us sending you your exchange item, please include a trackable satchel. If this is not included you allow us to deduct the return shipping cost from the credit card that was used to make the original purchase.

Schnucki can not be held liable for parcels that are lost in transit.

Can I return a sale item?

Sales items are priced to clear so please choose carefully as we do not accept returns for exchange on sale items. 

Under Australian Customer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement on final sale items if you change your mind. This includes a change of mind in regards to colour, size and fit.

I am an international customer, can I return items?

Please note there are NO returns for exchange for any international orders.

Do I need an account to shop with you?

We recommend creating an account when shopping with us. You will receive exclusive offers, discounts and early access to sales! If you are using a promo code you must be logged in.

I don't know what size I am?

Please have a look at our sizing chart on our website. Our Dirndls, Lederhosen and blouses are made to standard European sizing. We have provided an easy to use sizing convertion chart, please follow these instructions carefully, if you require further assistance please contact one of us Schnucki's.

In the product description page click on 'Ask a question about this item' and one of us Schnucki's will do their best to assist.

Can I buy a gift vocuher?

Of course! Click here to purchase your gift voucher. This will be sent to their or your email address, you choose! It's the perfect gift! Gift vouchers are valid for a year from date of purchase and can only be used on our website.

Do you have a shop where I can visit you?

Unfortunately we do not have a shopfront - yet. We are currently a online shop only but on occasion we have a pop up shop at Oktoberfest Brisbane as well as our Warehouse Opening pop up shop. For more information on these events please sign up to our Newsletter.

Returns Policy

What is Schnucki's return policy?

Schnucki is here to spoil you. We are confident you’ll love your purchase, but we understand that not every garment bought online will fit perfectly the first time. This means that if our exchange policy conditions are met, we will gladly exchange your purchase. Refunds will only be processed if the item purchased is faulty.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, this includes a change of mind regards to colour, size and fit.

All items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition. All tags and incidentals (ie. spare buttons and ribbons) must be attached. Please take care when trying on the item, as we are not able to accept returns with makeup stains or that smell of perfume. If we deem the item not to be in perfect condition the item will simply be retuned to the customer. Hair accessories, hats and earrings CANNOT be returned.

When returning an item please keep the tracking number handy in the rare case the parcel goes missing. Schnucki CANNOT be held liable for parcels that go missing on their way back to us.

If you have made a purchase as a guest and do not have an account and would like to make a return, please print out & complete the RETURN FORM and attach it to the return parcel.

POP UP PURCHASE ITEMS

Please choose items carfully at any of our pop up stores (e.g. Festivals, Warehouse opening) as we do not accept return or exchange and pop up purchases. This includes chagne of mind regards, colour, size and fit. 

Schnucki gives customers the time to carefully choose items at our pop up stores for this reason, so please choose carefully.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items are priced to clear so please choose carefully as we do not accept return for exchange on sale items. This includes change of mind regards, colour, size and fit. If you require the identical item in a different size Contact Us with your order number and request and we will do our best to accomodate you.
